Survey participant notice

What a moving customer should know before recording a private walkthrough for the mover that requested it.

Current product noticeLast updated September 4, 2026

Who requested this

The moving company named on the survey requested the walkthrough. QuoteCortex processes the walkthrough on the moving company's behalf within the configured survey, review, and handoff workflow.

What is collected

  • One continuous walkthrough video and any audio captured with it.
  • Move details such as origin, destination, move date, and access notes.
  • Evidence frames, room groupings, item candidates, quantities, packing notes, customer changes, and approval state.

Why it is used

The walkthrough helps the mover prepare and review a moving inventory. AI assists with room and item organization; human and customer review remain part of the workflow. The result may be delivered to the moving company's CRM through the proven account path or as an export-compatible package.

Who can access it

Access is scoped to the survey and its moving-company workflow. Configured service providers may process bounded data for hosting, storage, AI, email, SMS, billing, or worker functions. See the subprocessor registry for current status.

Recording authorization and care

Before you continue: confirm that you are authorized to record the property. Avoid capturing people who have not agreed, IDs, financial papers, passwords, medical documents, valuables documentation, and unrelated sensitive material. Recording requirements vary by location and circumstance; this notice is not legal advice.

Retention, deletion, and questions

The walkthrough stays linked to the survey for mover review and follows the configured deletion workflow. The current application does not promise a fixed period or complete provider-side backup erasure. Contact the moving company for survey questions or use the privacy choices form for a structured request.

This page describes the current product boundary. It is not a signed agreement, legal advice, or a certification. Questions and privacy requests can use the structured contact route.
