Account responsibilities
- Keep account credentials, CRM credentials, branding, catalog, and team access accurate and controlled.
- Request customer walkthroughs only when the moving company has an appropriate relationship and authorization.
- Review inventory, exceptions, evidence, and pricing ownership before using a result in a business workflow.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or unrelated sensitive material.
Pricing and official estimates
The official pricing owner remains in the mover's selected CRM or certified workflow unless an account-specific configuration states otherwise. Public examples do not create a price, quote, booking, signature, service-level promise, or payment obligation.
Availability and changes
Features and integration levels depend on configuration, credentials, evidence, and approval. QuoteCortex may keep a fallback export path when a native capability is not proven. The application may suspend or restrict a path to protect accounts, data, or providers.
Commercial terms requiring separate agreement
The contracting legal entity, mailing address, governing law, venue or arbitration, billing, cancellation, refund, warranty, liability, indemnity, support, SLA, and other commercial terms are not stated here and require a separate approved agreement before a business account is asked to accept binding terms.
